Is it time to leave your job?

A young man gardening on the job.

You don’t need a breakdown to make a breakthrough. Sometimes, you just need a helping hand.

Here’s a quick checklist to help you sense if it’s time for a change:

  • You’re learning less but working more

  • You don’t feel proud talking about your role anymore

  • You’re not growing but the people around you are

  • You’ve been browsing job boards more than once a week

  • You’ve stopped saying “I want to stay here”

  • You are less motivated each morning to get to work

One or two of these? Maybe it’s a phase.
More than three? It might be time to talk.

Changing jobs is a big decision. But sometimes the real risk isn’t in leaving. It’s in staying somewhere that no longer moves you forward.

We’re not here to hold your hand. We’re here to help guide the way.

Curious what else is out there?
